Ya, the Enchant ability is in the Staff skill tree, the 3 elements are at the bottom, then the Modifiers to those elements is at the top "Aoe - hits multiple enemies "Cannon - Deals more damage to single target enemies" "Enchant - does the enchant ability as described before to remove shields"
