Love the light mechanic.

The player can move while the camera isn't on the player which is pretty much instant death.

The movement seems a little sensitive for my liking, I know for others its an added challenge. 

I ended up having the audio on death loop for a long time. 

Well done on the game :)

for the theme, you are quiet right, time had got me very tired, and I was planning on a full story where the castle was on like some kind of party, when a saw suddenly came and destroyed it, and then, the player or the hero waked up in the dungeon he was kidnapped in, but as I was learning godot and gdscirpt, I wasnt able to implement it, so I stick to a like the narrative thing on the veyr first level
