does every item actually matters or some of them are just visual
Other than flashlight and sleep mask everything makes difference

Everything is true except for the sleep mask. It also has its own effect (a girl is less sensitive to your actions when wearing a mask)
Either my "instruments" weren't upgraded that well on the time being or me blind, but i haven't seen any difference (tho i think i saw sleep bar recovering a very slight faster on the other hand)
