You and I went over this. I laid out what the TOS said. You were stubborn, and demanded that I show you where they use the specific phrase you are using here. The fact is, they don't need to use that specific phrase. They still grant usage rights to their customers. Plus, you're violating the TOS by selling mods anyway, so maybe don't worry about it as you clearly don't care.
How am I breaking the TOS? You granted usage rights over to Giants. You signed away your moral rights. The TOS allows users to use this content, and as long as it isn't for commercial reasons, they are good.
And I'm not just re-uploading your mods. I'm changing your mod so that it is better for many people's game play. Because that's what I care about, is people enjoying the game, and if I can help that a little, I will. I'm not taking credit for anything for the most part, and once the mods are posted elsewhere, no one will even know that put any of this out.
