usage rights is not "re-upload someone else's mods and change names and credits".. So no, you don't have rights to reupload my mods without permissions. It is interesting that you are soo worried about people braking the TOS, yet you do it yourself and lie about it.
How am I breaking the TOS? You granted usage rights over to Giants. You signed away your moral rights. The TOS allows users to use this content, and as long as it isn't for commercial reasons, they are good.
And I'm not just re-uploading your mods. I'm changing your mod so that it is better for many people's game play. Because that's what I care about, is people enjoying the game, and if I can help that a little, I will. I'm not taking credit for anything for the most part, and once the mods are posted elsewhere, no one will even know that put any of this out.
