heres the tos you agreed to

(-1)

You just said nothing. The AR frame pack is free. Everything else is irrelevant, because nowhere it states that other people can reupload your mods without asking for permissions.

Yes it does, It states that once you use Giants editor to edit or modify a mod it becomes property if Giants. And Giants allows open edits that's why we have mods in the first place.

I'm sure it sucks to be you... so dumb and unoriented

Come on Crown, why do you always have to be a little child? Instead of having a discussion, all you can do is insult others.

Discussion? You repeat the same lies over and over again, what discussion you want to have when you just sit here, talk nonsense... That's not a discussion, that's some kids thinking they can do whatver they want.

Show what I'm saying is a lie then? You never offer a rebuttal, besides calling people names. That's how  you have a discussion. You respond to the person you're talking to and offer something besides insults or the like. You can't do that.

No problem bro, i don't have anything else to say. AJ just said it well enough. Kid think that "USE" means edit and release. No wonder why you think the same way and insist that Giants gave you rights to reupload mods... When you get your head out of your ass, you might be able to understand better. Giants doesn't own mods, Giants doesn't give permission to random people to edit and re-release mods. It is clearly stated. You take and read what you want from the TOS, so be it. I'm leaving the pack to you. You are confident you are making it soo much better, so be it. Will be a private mod for FS25, no problems with me. I won't let some random kid disrespect my work, change credits and call the mods "ARClown" and sit here and do nothing. I don't owe you mods, if you want to be disrespectful towards others, your choice. Good luck with making AR Frames.

The fact that you think everything comes from AJ is laughable. But I understand it, as you had a falling out with him and now want to see the worse.

And sure, Giants doesn't own the mods. Modders just grant them all the rights to the mods forever. And Giants gives others the ability to edit those mods with the same program they provide for free. And as long as one isn't selling the mods, like you do, sharing them is within what Giants allows.

I did read the TOS, you haven't. Which is why you still sell mods.

And I didn't say what I did was better. I said it was better for my game play, and others may enjoy that as well. See, you're twisting words again.

As for you being a private modder, I don't think anyone will care. That's fine.

Oh, and yeah, I'm disrepectful to you. I won't hide that at all. That's because you deserve no respect as you constantly demean others. I was once quite respectful of you until you decided that since I disagreed with you on something small, you had to go off on one your childish rants where all you did was throw a tantrum while hurling insults. So yeah, you don't deserve any respect.

"So I figured I'd also switch Clown's trucks over to AJs bed, so now they don't suck as much" So those aren't your words? Hmm.. you forget really fast, sadly can't put a pic here... Anyway tho, another lying little kid... I don't deserve respect, because i don't agree with you, no problem, the AR Frames are now yours. You don't owe me resepct, I don't owe you mods.

Does it say I need permission? And do you even care what the TOS says? I mean, you're selling mods, so clearly you don't. You're just being a hypocrite.

What this says is that you grant Giants usage rights. They spell out those rights. And then they state other users can use those mods. You also revoke your moral rights, which means you can't have an issue with your mods being used in a variety of ways, including being transformed.

You can keep saying, it doesn't say this specifically, but just because you can't understand it, doesn't mean its not there.
