This is extremely good for a Scratch project, however at this point I suggest you get an engine upgrade - Godot is the best option because it's FOSS and legally can't charge you money while still having similar power to the big players (Unity which has lost all trust and Unreal which is super steep learning curve and if you get 1 million USD$ from an Unreal game they can take 5% of your profit). 

Back to the game itself: I like the simplicity and it was quite fun. It looked well polished and the audio was pretty satisfying. There was a notable lack of difficulty increase: I wasn't taking any damage past round 10. I went to round 16. The Taco Wizard sort of blindsighted me but turned out to be nothing since it never attacked. If I could change one thing I would add a level of progression.
