How does your game fit the theme?
It fit such like your battle versus tacos is a calm before the storm how is the boss come!

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Some of theme, yes - More details in the project it self !

The graphics are amazing.

Quick and fun experience that certainly has some potential for improvements to the gameplay loop if you were going to continue working on the project. Thinks like power ups, enemy variations, and potentially obstacles to navigate around would only enhance the taco crushing experience. Well done!

I dig this one ^-^ It's satisfying to blow up tacos, and the shooting works really well. Definitely a game I would play on coolmathgames to avoid doing schoolwork back in the day, haha. I only wish that I could move using WASD since I'm right-handed, and that the music looped immediately. Otherwise, good job on this!

This is extremely good for a Scratch project, however at this point I suggest you get an engine upgrade - Godot is the best option because it's FOSS and legally can't charge you money while still having similar power to the big players (Unity which has lost all trust and Unreal which is super steep learning curve and if you get 1 million USD$ from an Unreal game they can take 5% of your profit).

Back to the game itself: I like the simplicity and it was quite fun. It looked well polished and the audio was pretty satisfying. There was a notable lack of difficulty increase: I wasn't taking any damage past round 10. I went to round 16. The Taco Wizard sort of blindsighted me but turned out to be nothing since it never attacked. If I could change one thing I would add a level of progression.

I made a Scratch game too! :D

Did enjoy this, but the default Scratch UI was a bit weird, considering you used a custom score counter.
It was fun, though!

ship didn't stay centered but i liked that you used tacos it was fun

Hey. It was cool. The ship ended up behind the score and I couldnt see it anymore so I died. But the tacos made me laugh. I love tacos.

Great job on the jam! Great game feel for the hit reactions and the ui blips and bloops. Feels good. Cheers!

Great concept, i like the fact that the big taco's break into smaller ones instead of just disappearing. But when i got to wave 5 i wasn't able to shoot down, and my player was at the very top of the screen so i couldn't get past wave 5. Great job though i enjoyed playing it :)

Thx too much!
