Sorry to hear about that! Are you sure it crashed and you didn't just press X instead of Z? If you press the "Nah I'm good" option on the death screen it closes the app (in hindsight that was probably a little extreme lol)
Oh yeah, that's probably a me problem.
Nahhh that's my bad. It's too easy to press the wrong button and lose all your progress
