The game just doesn't run on my PC? I have the latest windows, it's definitely not a graphics issue, but as soon as I open the .exe file it pulls up a black window that immediately closes again. Is there anything you're supposed to do upon downloading it? I had the same issue with 12 and thought 13 would fix it.
