Special weathers:
This features is based on a sugestion from Lightning_Dragon, and boils down to a 25% chance per day to trigger a weather event that produces a special effect, which can be:
- Sunny weather = double actions that day
- Foggy weather = half actions that day
- Rainny weather = no loot and enemy encounters (mining still works)
- Weird weather = H events raise lewdness by +2 instead of +1
