The power cord for the Battery Charger gets stuck deep below the floor when taken out of the delivery crate.
I noticed a similar thing happening with the frame.
Taking the Battery Charger into your inventory, from the delivery crate and then placing it, gives the same results. The power cord gets dragged into the underworld and the Charger with it.
