This game actually has some potential if polished here! The animation is wonderful, The opossum is very hot, making me interested in playing the prequel to this game to see how her personality’s like…I’m definitely not trying to find a waifu to turn into a modified body pillow, I swear- For all the good things that’s built into this game, there’s some things I would like to say that pulls me out of the immersion;
- The controls are solid, but I was personally having trouble adjusting to the note layout, as it’s not universal not looking like DDR/FNF. (For extra points, adding WASD, or even QWOP keys. There are people who will thank you for it.)
- The song choice was quite beautiful, but I didn’t feel as if this song was built with beats in mind, but rather to set the tone to an environment.
- And…the game didn’t really…have a tempo. This game was built like DDR/FNF, and I appreciate it, but in order to get in the zone, I find that I had to disconnect my brain from the music and focus more on the notes, since there’s no audio queues/beat to help immerse me.
I don’t mean anything bad about it in any right, but that’s just my criticisms here to make the game better. This is a wonderful experience, and I really have to thank you for it. I’ll be back with a higher score than 6930 and a screenshot to prove it next time!
