The animation and the girl's design are wonderful. the gameplay was fine.
This game actually has some potential if polished here! The animation is wonderful, The opossum is very hot, making me interested in playing the prequel to this game to see how her personality’s like…I’m definitely not trying to find a waifu to turn into a modified body pillow, I swear- For all the good things that’s built into this game, there’s some things I would like to say that pulls me out of the immersion;
I don’t mean anything bad about it in any right, but that’s just my criticisms here to make the game better. This is a wonderful experience, and I really have to thank you for it. I’ll be back with a higher score than 6930 and a screenshot to prove it next time!
6750. Beat that! Great game. I do wish there was a bit more note variety. I don't think there was ever a point I had to press left and right at the same time. The music was a little too loud. The girl is hot. The animation is nice. The visuals are the best part. I give it an 8/10. I am glad I played it, but will not be playing it again.
Generally pretty good, however, I did notice that the game seemed to just outright tell me that I missed a note even though I thought I was pretty bang on the money. Turns out that my sense of timing is just trash Eheheh however the game only having a Hit and Miss result is a bit brutal. Having an "Early" and "Late" result for each hit would be nice.
Oh, and I know that it's somewhat the point I feel, but it's tough to look at the cool animation when you need to focus on actually hitting notes, so maybe having short lulls in the song where the player can relax for a few moments and take their eyes off the chart would also be good.
Other than that, it's pretty good! The visuals are pretty and the music is good!~
Thank you for the input! I don't usually extensively revisit games, but I will keep this in mind for after the jam is over, and maybe refine/rework things a bit at some point.
