Fortunately, several tweaks were enough to appeal to the issue. Basically, if you are wondering what changed - any mention or hint of incest was ceased. It's a bit bittersweet to be forced to change stuff, but since it wasn't the focus in the first place, it was rather easy to do.
But to take extra precautions, I'm gonna use my words more careful on Patreon from now on. To the point I'd rather not even mention the name of the game (because it has "Family" in it, bruh. I think that was the trigger for my content review).
