There's a lot to love about this game, nice entry! The game loop is a great one I really enjoyed grinding the levels again and again to level up the little guy. I think you nailed the application of the theme, the power ups are unique and interesting, I thought the raining Tetris blocks card was especially awesome. I think the art is adequate in its service of the gameplay, and I appreciated that the UI layout was clear and simple. One thing that would have helped the art would be more consistency across the game in terms of style. For example, the image on the cards are sometimes detailed pixel drawings (e.g. the skull on the "drugs" card) and others are minimalist 2 color layouts (e.g. the falling blocks on the "rain blocks" card). Having a consistent style throughout (not just the cards, but also the environment, menus, etc) will add a lot of cohesion and polished feel to your game. The music was good enough but nothing spectacular. Another critique is that sometimes I would get caught and die and have no idea why. I did not get touched by the enemies and still had health. I think a little more clarity on what caused a game to lose would be nice. Overall, I think you did a great job making a game with a really fun core gameplay loop that fits the theme perfectly. Keep up the great work!

Whoa thanks for the great feedback :D, I am glad you enjoyed it, you are completely right about consistency, I couldn't arrange it in time :D .
Cause of death might be enemy bullets (heal balls). And actually you lose when you are overhealed, and you win when you die :D (You go to your own world when you die.)
