Oh that sounds amazing :D
For now I'm just planning on reviewing Rooster and Owl before submitting it. It's based on talking animals folklore. My partner has Native American blood (it was written with MiniNewt, our child, in mind), we live in the States, and I used to love Aesop's fables when I was young.
I do have some ideas for folklore that's closer to home in a couple of different ways. In the major city closest to us, there is practically an underground city right beneath it. Most of it has been closed off for safety, but we took a tour a few years ago of what's still open to the public and they have a fascinating history. I might make a map-making game based on them, though I'll want to look up what some of the more popular ghost sightings were X3
I've also been wanting to create something about golems. I'm Jewish by bloodline if not by practice, and the bits and tidbits I recall about them have always made me smile. I'll have to do more research (my ma never had an interest in stories involving them so she's a poor source of info), but I think it would be neat to have players create a golem character who is charged with protecting a town, or maybe a golem looking for a new purpose after their original need is complete.
