Classic fantasy questing! The "Egg of Drakes" is a horrifying concept. My players would immediately treat it as a nuke and start harassing me with it.
Thanks! Agreed, I like to give my players something they will be really excited about and tempted to use, but that might overwhelm them if they aren't careful (or might overwhelm the GM!).
