can you guys bring the "CONTINUE" Option again? Some people don't have much storage so they just download when update happens (like me) and it's really tough to play from the start

Save files and game files are separate. Delete the game files, the save files stay. Don't however, delete the save files, as they will not stay.
If I recall, save files for RenPy in windows are in %APPDATA%/roaming/RenPy/.
On Linux its the hidden folder '.renpy' in the home directory
TIP
If you wish to move your RenPy save file folder somewhere, you can create a symbolic link in roaming ( works for linux and windows ) that points to your actual RemPy save file.
On android (11 and above) you can't access application files, excluding with a pc or a workaround with shizuku. On pc the saves are under the "game" folder, you can just copy the "save" folder, download new update version and delete old version, then just put the save folder in the game folder again.
