I beleive I have fixed every issue except the chance points not doing anything at work in post-videogame phase, this does not seem to happen to me. If you could please send your save file or tell me what the browser console says when you press the chance button and nothing happens, that would be a great help (Press F12 on keyboard to open the console).
The friend bond thing is somewhat intentional, because if you do not interact with them for a while it decays. That way it is possible to kind of have a buffer against that. Though the fact it’s not showing is not good. I’ll need to think about this one.
