Ha, yeah, that's fair. Did you manage to find the notes and talk to the guy at the Ranger Tower? He tells you about the gas can to fill up the car.

I didn't! I saw the note on the front door, but I didn't even think to look for a ranger tower. Once I got lost because I followed a stream to the ends of the earth and then found the car I gave up after I died lol I'll admit that I should have looked for a tower. Maybe if it was easier to see in the distance, or if the note mentioned 'if you need to find me, follow the lights' etc
I'll take that into account next time when it comes to story and progression.
But you should totally try again and play with the guns. I worked SO HARD on the firearms to make them feel nice. The handgun is in the upstairs locked room. The key is in the house on the bottom floor in the room to the left of the save room (the kitchen). The shotgun is in the Ranger Tower. Follow the trail but don't cross the stream.
Or don't bother to play it again. Either way, I love you bunches.
