Going by the description saying "This game contains and is only focused on Futanari Characters", I'm assuming that means the male and female characters are just background or side characters, while the futanari characters will be the only ones to have actual major story relevance?

EDIT: Then again, I'm 2 chapters in and haven't seen any futanari at all. Just females and very feminine males.

Leatrix tells you in the beginning it’s hard to tell males and females apart from a glance as both males and females have breasts and are generally very feminine.

They use tokens coloured blue and pink such as necklace or bracelet ect. Lastly there are no futanari or characters with both genitals

If there's no futanari in the game, then the description and tags mentioning them seems a bit misleading.

I think it’s because there isn’t really a word for it specifically, I guess it’s closest to all the males being trans as they only have a penis and breasts.

I may be in error here, but I believed there were different types of Futa. There aren't both genital characters in the game. From what I am aware, Futanari is also used for Male Genitalia only (with a Female body.)

(I believe there are 3 types, both genitals, only male genitals without balls and only male genitals with the full package, which is what God's Call has.)

I wouldn't call Rheiner a very "Feminine" Male for example.
You have to choose the attraction to both genders for the males(or futa) to be available in your choices.

Unless you don't consider these Futas.
If that's the case, I apologize, unsure how I can word it properly.

I can't say I've seen the term used for androgynous characters or men that look like women before, those are usually just called androgynous/femboy. The closest I've seen to an actual term for characters with a female body but only male genitals is a newhalf, though it doesn't seem to be an especially well-known term.

Usually, futanari is used interchangeably with hermaphrodite, to refer to someone with a feminine body with both male and female genitals. That's generally what an average person is probably most likely to expect when they see the tag.

Though to be honest, using futanari in the tags and description seems kind of unnecessary overall; the game itself simply calls them male and female like normal, treats them no different to how male and female would be in any other game, and even the fact that the men look like women doesn't really seem to come up much beyond a few passing mentions in the opening and the MC being mistaken for a girl early on.

It may seem unnecessary, and I agree. However, I’ve encountered countless situations where people claimed they were "not warned" beforehand or accused me of "tricking them" by making hot characters men, definitely clashing with their sexual insecurity.

This is the first time I've seen the reverse of that complaint hahaha, sorry if I ended up misleading you.
I'll edit the description accordingly.

Thank you for the feedback!

By my statement of the males all being feminine it was in reference to their physical characteristics. When you talk about Rheiner I think you are referring to the way he acts thought of as masculine being dominant and bold. In the end personally I like the game regardless however I don’t consider the males futanari but it does appeal to the same audience so the tag might fit.
