Loving what I am reading, but one question I have is about WIL. It says
> Wisdom (WIS): Accumulated knowledge and personal insight. Used for ranged attacks and saves requiring intuition, obscure knowledge, or a keen eye.

Does that mean ranged spell attacks? But also spells dont need a Will to hit? Am I missing something?

it could be a typo/screw up.  What page?

That is the description of WIS. i thought DEX carried too much weight in D&D so WIS is used for ranged attacks

but why that is being used to describe WIL is a mystery

Hi, This is Scott again. Just not logged into the Tesladyne account. I think I have a better idea of what you are asking now.

WIS is used for ranged attacks with weapons. *

WIL is used for magic of any kind -ranged, melee, or otherwise.

*WIS is not a perfect fit for ranged combat with a bow or musket, but neither is DEX. As someone with a fair amount of IRL experience shooting bows and firearms, I do think WIS is the better match. It also keeps DEX from being a super-stat :)

I see! I was mainly confused with WIS but with your explanation I understand it now. (I typed WIL instead of WIS in that first sentence my b!) There is small typo in page 10 where it says

> Add +DEX to ranged attack damage.

Which is where my main initial confusion came from. But I understand now thank you!

I have a second question though! Construct has Stone Skin, would that synergize with Favor of the Gods? Technically its not wearing armor or would that be just a play on the verbiage? (I have a player who is trying to do it haha)
EDIT: Oh and one more question!
> Enemies in a PC’s current zone could force a STR save to avoid damaging blows as you move into an adjacent zone.

Is that dependent on the monster or every monster?

Typos! The bane of my existence. Thanks for letting me know. It will be fixed the next time I post an update.

Stone Skin and Favor of The Gods: I have no idea, I never thought of that. I would let the player do it, but then make a point of attacking other parts of their character sheet from time to time. I’ve had a few “OP” fighters in the past. I gave them lots of enemies to slay and would occasionally hit them in their weaker stats.

ZONES: That is just an example of how you can make each zone its own unique challenge. So it’s not happening all the time like a D&D attack of opportunity. It needs to make sense in the fiction. There’s a giant 4-armed serpent-man statue wielding giant scimitars in that zone? Heck yeah you need a STR or DEX save to move in or out of that zone. Are there 3 goblins in a similar zone? Probably don’t need a roll to move past them. 12 goblins? Maybe now we are back to rolling a Save of some sort to move through the zone.

It’s entirely up to you as the GM. Whatever make the game more interesting.
