Thanks :) If you mean you can't aim, shoot or dash (or walljump) initially, that's because you need to unlock these abilities first. Eg. You can look at the first 2 minutes of this video to unlock the blaster :
If you did get the upgrade and still can't shoot tho, I'm not sure why, sorry
