Like others mentioned, i agree with the muddiness.

What FoxHyode mentioned is solid advice, and it feels like some of the muddiness is also caused by the constant taiko drum. If you have a sample of a smaller taiko drum, maybe you could use that for the pulse of the rhythm and then use the bigger drum for emphasising the accents.

But the melodic/harmonic material itself is great, just with a bit tweaked arrangement/orchestration this could be even better.
