Best LonaRPG wiki with different languages was closed... now we have miraheze wiki which not so good because it's partially wrong or empty info or just not so comfortable... (but since there's no other LonaRPG wiki... people use this).

I mean... Wha... is this? Why? (I haven't had any such bugs on other wikis).

Magic builds - LonaRPG Wiki

BECAUSE

1) If you start LvL UP your SCU stat from the beginning you'll have problems with magic damage (And here you also need to remember that a mage needs to eat a lot because magic spends 3-4 stamina points per use -> 10 times = -30-40 stamina) Lightning at the beginning of the game does almost no damage as many people or monsters have protection (SURV stat) against magic. The only magic that works well (Even with 20-25 WIS stat) at the start is Fire Spell Book because it's many injuries which removes protection from magic which may cause you to use a other kind of magic but the problem is that the enemy will probably already be dead by fire so there's not much point in getting another magic book or staff. So... all the other magic you'll probably start using so much at 25-30 WIS stat because of damage. Timid Lona + Staff + Glasses + 15 WIS = 30 WIS stat. The only place where 5 SCU points can help you a lot is [1] Stealing a musket quest or [2] Slave rescue quest or [3] Elise rescue quest (SCU stat - there's not much point  for a Mage class even from the start and if you need speed it's much more cost-effective to get an Exbitionist skill and take off your shirt and get a bigger speed boost than 5 SCU especially when a mage doesn't need much armor since Timid Lona gives you a lot of protection. That's why I still don't understand the logic about 3.8 speeds if you have Exbitionist skill).

2) Water Spell Book is practically useless in the beginning because it doesn't do any damage and against the bugs in the crystal mine you can use a regular sickle or short sword or water staff + Electric Spell Book which is more safer and kill any in radius from afar or at close range (Especially you don't have to kill all the bugs in mine just certain targets). The cast of the Water Spell Book is quite long which makes it difficult to use at close ranges sometimes... so without good damage this book will help you 10% of the time and if you have 40+ WIS this book will help you 30% of the time because World Danger Raiting is 50+ already therefore only Fire and Electric spell book are more useful again because of cast speed and damage. That's one of the reasons why the Water Spell Book is only needed for certain things and practically unnecessary in this build that even a Fire Spell Book would be much more useful here (I mean - You can of course use Water Spell Book if you want it so much against small bugs..... but, uh... do you really need it?).

3) The only place you're gonna need the Pessimism skill is Abomination Land because you can't raise your MOOD so much without making a good food. But... uh... hah...hah.a.h... in fact... hahah... I think even LonaRPG DEV didn't realize that there was one absurd easy way for a Mage class to get a GOOD MOOD. Yep... if you hit in melee (Sword, Spear, Lona Hand... no matter) you can get a 1 MOOD points which means that if you put an electric tesla coil on the floor and then do damage with hand = GOOD MOOD (It's the same if you go into the tavern courtyard and beat up a dummy).

BECAUSE - "Don't charge the shot from the staff, it costs way more STAmina and takes time, but deal only 10% more dmg" but you can use charge shot if you need to hit your enemy at a long distance or push back on the lightning bolts you put in 1 place or destroy something from afar.

BECAUSE - "When enemies gets too close or start cornering you, switch your books and spam the Water Nova Skill. It will slow, push and stun(70% chance) enemies allowing you to either run to the safe distance or continue spamming it" but Water Nova almost never helps if you're backed into a corner or you're running away from someone (Fire Spell Book is much better because of stun) and just a Lightning spam + Water Tornadoes could save the day = Enemies will not be able to damage you properly if you are constantly damaging them at the same time. When you use a Water Spell Book to run away from someone it almost never works because the Water Spell Book cast is very long (Unless it's an abomination like a breedling or a spiders who can take a lot of magic damage very simply) which makes you spend more of your stamina than doing any damage (but then again if you're surrounded by people or big goblins with spears... this book don't help you so much than other books).

BECAUSE"The Water Tornado skill is pretty bad, useless in combat direct, but it can help a bit in narrow tunnels, to prevent enemies from reaching to you (It can also knock them towards you)" but Water Tornado one of the best spells for safety destroying Abonination lairs as its duration is very long. If you already have 30-35 WIS points just put up some tornadoes and run away (It's not lightning that can destroy very quickly but it works too). 

That's the reason why I don't use that wiki~♥ (I'm still using old information from the closed LonaRPG wiki that is still actual today because the game doesn't get updated so much to go to the wiki very often. I'll say more than that - there are groups where people will tell you everything in detail).

miraheze wiki for now is actually official if you want to correct the incorrect or empty info go ahead but know it was imported from the shutdown wiki and is just outdated if anything


also the water book got buffed not long ago and tornado if you face the target they actually can't reach you since it will force them back over and over
