If you mean j0pb4y0vvj then agreed. I have reported them multiple times and blocked them. But you shouldn't let them get away with this attitude. If they post rude comments you should report them. Not reporting them allows further behavior

From my understanding, one can circumvent a block by simply using an alt-account. So they do get blocked, they just side-step it.
