Well, that's reassuring lmao
I'll try not to end like that

I also hope that this doesnt happen. A lot of them are getting demotivated by the big workload, so its smart to do this early game develpoment. I recommend you to do build a projectmanagement to organize your work.If you dont know how exactly google for the waterfall modell projectmanagement. Its one of the basic modells

I second this, as you already have a game built just try remaking what you already have to start with added ways for you to expand off later.
This is coming from someone who has burned themselves out on plenty of game concepts and never gotten far but this is to well done to die out.

Well, thing is, a lot of the stuff I have right now is just not usable (either because of quality or incompatibility), so I'd rather just wipe those pieces of code and start anew.

Thanks, I'm glad to see you like the game that much; don't worry, as for now, I've been working on it for a year or so, and I take it really easy so yeah, burn out has never been a problem.

Well, not sure if I've mentioned here but I've been working on it for a year or so while working on regular updates, so a lot has been done. I'm taking it easy and will delay it if necessary.

As for now, I feel around the same as with normal updates, not real change so far.

ok great to hear that your doing fine. Keep it up, im looking forward on how this game develops
