That's kind of the problem, its through the app and for some reason, there is an error when I try to send in a report that keeps that from being sent to support.
I am the one who should be apologizing for dragging the problem to you right before Christmas, a time when your probably having a lot of stuff to do,
I made a post on the forums where I tried to get an idea on what is going on. I might consider trying to get help from one who might figure out what is going on, mainly due to the idea what I can't copy , paste the error I see and don't know much about tech. I don't want to post the link here because it sounds like your pretty busy , so you can ignore this.
