Per their faq on discord
"May I update my submission during the rating period/after the jam has ended?
Yes, you may. You will not be disqualified from the competition if the changes consist of:
-Fixing bugs and errors
-Adding tutorials or any explanations on the game's mechanics
You may only add more content, levels and/or other features not previously mentioned **after** the jam is over."
