You betcha!
Btw, I have been thinking of some suggestions to improve your game, and here is what I came up with:
- Allow property damage to impact you in some manner or another. Be it negatively or the purpose of an objective (I.E Destroy the enemy base while defending from their reinforcements/ Rebels have hidden themselves among the general population, wipe them out).
- You can introduce voice acting into your game through utilizing the AI technology of today, that or in my personal preference, make the characters speak gibberish like in Splatoon or Banjo and Kazooie to indicate a character is talking.
- Highlighting interactable components in the UI or color grading them in a different color to draw attention to it OR have an animation that draws the attention of the player.
- Lastly, Urban maps, like the first map, should have open-ended sections to avoid property damage. My suggestion is place a big park somewhere in the map.
Can't wait to try out the new demo
Hey, thanks for the suggestions! I've just put the new demo up by the way.
Allow property damage to impact you in some manner or another. Be it negatively or the purpose of an objective (I.E Destroy the enemy base while defending from their reinforcements/ Rebels have hidden themselves among the general population, wipe them out).
There could be a few missions where you need to actually defend a town and keep collateral damage below a certain threshold, I could see it being fun while still allowing the player to do a decent amount of damage. The new mission I've added has sort of enemy bases/emplacements you need to destroy.

I've considered doing the latter. I'll experiment with it once I start adding more characters. As for AI voice acting, I also considered it but it seems some people don't really like the way it sounds and also the sort of ethics around using it.

I'll be redoing both the in-game UI and probably all of the other game UI later on, I'm not too happy with it either.

Good idea, thanks!
