This has been cleaned up a bit since the last update. Not sure why you didn’t get the dialog when you got Minnie back. Once you have that, you don’t need anything else in there.
ah, is that where I’m supposed to find the pistol? I got it in my inventory waaay back I got to that room, even before the alchemist puzzle. I think it was wrongly loaded save file somehow (like, if you don’t save the state of the pistol in the data).
