I found a bug in the glory hole room. it happened twice now. if you interact with the sparkles to start the mini game from the top it locks the game. From what I observe this is caused by the game wanting him to walk left into them, because when you enter from the top, he turns left and freezes, locking the controls too, but when you enter from the right, he walks left and starts the minigame.

Just tested, and interacting with the sparkles to start the mini-game, at least in the normal story flow, works from both top and side. Are you sure you're on the most recent version, 1.0.5, as there was a bug like this earlier that was patched? Are you using mouse movement, or arrow keys? I recommend arrow, as mouse can introduce some strange issues occasionally.
