Howdy, anyone know is there is a way to get toys and bondage equipment without locking yourself in the stocks?
either find a way to the underground shop or get to the engineer
the engineer will have ropes and cages while the underground have collars and dildos but there are still some gears and toys that have to be from stocks or luckily find a character have some on...so far that i have seen
(edit) there also a slave option as well where you can get them to wonder around and maybe someone will put the gear on your slave but there a chance that the slave will break free from those that put gears on the slave
so yeah make sure the slave is on a high lvl or otherwise they will escape
From what I have played (which is, admittedly, probably too much), nobody sells ropes or cages. Socket sells cell upgrades, which may be misinterpreted as cages. (Edit, didn't even see that you asked where she is. She can be found in the same place as Alex after you have completed his Portal Panty content)
Also, on how to get gear,
If you don't care about not cheating you can use the debug menu. Other than that, just be a sub in the myriad of different ways to do so and you'll get some put on you.
