even in "casual" mode this game feels really clunky, and there being no indication of which runes are good or bad when they change is. not fun. at its core i feel like this game suffers the most from how random it is, it doesn't feel like i am rewarded for having good reflexes, it feels like 80% of it is just gambling on what's good and what's bad. and this is just me reviewing how it feels in casual mode- i imagine it's significantly worse on the intended difficulty.
all in all this game has potential but it relies too much on randomness. all the symbols being so fancy and complex while all being the same color makes memorization practically impossible except for the singular rune that noticeably stands out (triangle). anything else moves by too quickly for it to ever properly register unless i lock my eyes to one side of the screen, in which case i miss other important runes which is a death sentence when you have to hit important flower and wither runes or else risk losing.

hey, sorry to hear your struggling!

i'd like to make the game enjoyable for a lot of people, there's a few people who suggested colored runes at this point. I can put some thought into making an option for that, or perhaps simpler/clearer rune shapes as well.

in the mean time, I just added a gameplay hint section on this page, just above the roadmap. theres some stuff in there that makes the game much easier if you know it.
