Did it work before?

Can you get the logfile and copy/paste its content here? You can find it at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow if I'm correct.

So that's where the log file is located. I would have thought it would have been in the directory I unzipped it to. 

Here's the error :

ERROR: Shader Hidden/Universal/HDRDebugView shader is not supported on this GPU (none of subshaders/fallbacks are suitable)

It did work before so I'm not sure why it's now saying the shader isn't supported.
