The Religious Girl is a special character on the cheerleading team, she is always generated but possibly only encounterable if you join the cheer team. Several characters, including her, have locked genders, such as The Rich Kid (always male), The Chipper Student Advisor (always female), The QuickieBurger Franchise Owner (always male).
Characters like Big Dick Bus Guy, I believe, also generate with a set orientation, because he is straight as implied in the introduction scene.
Chaste is a trait both NPCs and the PC can have (the PC unlocks the trait if they refrain from sex for 28 days) and religious is absolutely a trait even random NPCs sometimes generate with.

Then they should fucking say that when I asked instead of being rude to me for literally no reason whatsoever.
I'll admit that my response to their rudeness was probably more rude than their initial rudeness was, but not once in history have I ever, ever been rude to anyone who was not extremely rude to me first.
