So I liked the core concept. I enjoyed dodging and weaving around bullets while trying to get a shots off at enemies. Vivid-outlined-polygon art style is cool, and music complements it well.
For improvements, two things that I think would help alot is:
- Some particles/feedback for when you and enemies take damage - it was sometimes unclear if I was taking damage when I would pass under something and accidentally clip it from below.
- A see-through line or something showing where your bullets will go - it could be hard to judge whether bullets I fired would hit an enemy or go under/over them.
I'd also suggest improving the UI - its very basic, and the bullets, which don't quite fit with the rest of the art.
Cool game, it has lots of potential. Good job!
