I am not aware of any bugs with the anomalies but there are some things that would be hard to spot for the first time, there is a chance for the lamp on the right to turn off and when its off its just dark there and that is an anomaly, also when something is missing or slightly moved it might be hard to catch. So that certainly could be improved to put some more obvious anomalies in the first night's pool. As for the EMF, it goes up if an anomaly goes unnoticed for too long or if the player presses the EMP button when there are no anomalies. And while testing I did catch myself guessing a bunch of times too, that is the problem with having just one button, you can wait like 30 seconds and if you are a bit lucky you'll catch an anomaly.
