I didn't need to update, since I wiped my phone and did a clean install of everything. I only copied my save files from before. The weird thing is it worked before. Now just "Other girls" work.

Alright sorry, then this is due to a bug in Eternum 0.8, which got fixed in Eternum 0.8.2, but there's no official Android build of anything newer than 0.8.
The next best thing I can offer you rn is that you install my mod, since it also upgrades your game to 0.8.5, which should fix the issue. You can disable the mod in the settings if you want to play without its guidance.

Great, no problem! Though my mod is designed to be uninstallable, if you don't need it anymore when the next update comes around then you don't have to keep using it. Your saves will keep working when you switch back to unmodded Eternum, aside from the usual version change hiccups that can occur when you update your game and load a save from before.
The problem seems to be that your game is missing an audio file. Did you update it properly as shown here?
