Hi, I had a couple of questions while playing. I would appreciate it if you could answer them.

1. Is it possible to start a new game in free mode? Maybe delete some save files or is it possible to do it through the menu?

2. Is it possible to shave pets through dialogue with NPCs? Or is this function only for the quest? Previously there was a shaved pet, but on the old save due to a bug the effect disappeared and it became normal (

3. In one of the latest updates I saw this item: "Bonus dress (unlocked in story by completing Limit reach quest) now also unlocks for free mode" If I played and completed this task earlier, will this clothing open if I transfer the save to the new version of the game? Or will I have to start a new game?

4. Who are the Rare winter bunny and where can I find them? )

5. There is a task to shave 20 pets. How many shaving stages are there in total to open all the clothes of one pet?

1) Yes. You can do that in 2 ways:

-By Selecting an Empty Save Slot after loading the game (or after selecting "Reload" in the main menu).  You can also delete an existing Save File by Selecting said Save Slot and pressing the Key D. 

-By selecting an advanced Save File, and pressing the Key 1. This will start a New Game + where you start the Free Mode anew with some perks. 

2) Yes. After taming the same species of Fapet 5 times, you can go to "TC" and ask her to shave the fapet that is following you. (Must be from the same species you captured 5 times previously) 

3) As long as the clothing is unlocked and is selectable in a Save File from the V1.4 Hotfix, yes. 

4) Those are Shinny Bunnies you can find in the "Winter Zone" as part of the Christmas Event (Free Mode Exclusive) 

5) There are 2 stages:

+10 Captures = Unlock Shirt and Pants 

+20 Captures = Unlocks Hairstyle (females only) and accessories

I already have 20 tamed rabbits, but when I go to TC with a rabbit, I don't see any shaving actions. There's only a shop, repair and chat. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe is a bug 🤔

Repeat the process, if you don't see the "Shaving" option while interacting with TC, press the key F11. 

That will create a "Bug Report" folder inside the Game's Data folder. Make it into a .rar and send it to the game's developer.  You can do it through the Official Discord Server. You can access to it from the Main Menu

Now I tried to start a new game in free mode and 2 times, in different saves, I tamed 5 and 10 rabbits. The haircut function still did not open. Is it really there? Maybe it opens after some task?

As @MartPriest suggested, please create a Bug Report and send it to my email address.

To create a bug report : Tap F11 in-game at the bug point > copy the generated bug report (from the game’s folder 'SlaveBar_Data', there should be a folder called a folder called 'SB_BugReport_', pick the one with latest number = the newest created by the player) and email it to me (+ include a small description of the bug and steps to reproduce it) [ nymphokyun@gmail.com ]

I already found the answer, it's not a bug. To unlock shaving, you need to tame each pet at least once, after which the shaving function will open in TC through a dialogue
