I feel like this needs a HUGE update or something, because the latest Pocket Platformer now can convert audio into Base64 data. Check into that as well, though not for SMS, but maybe for a newer system (preferrably either Genesis/MegaDrive or Sega CD...or even PSP or PS VITA.
Either way, check into these things if you can. :3
