As developer my self i think he would know all these and like he said up there fixing these glitches is not worth the effort .. The palette thing on stage 5 could well be a mistake on my part. Nobody brought it up in testing so i assumed it was correct. This "might" get fixed in a later update when im not feeling quite so sick.
The feather bug is not getting fixed. I'll not go into the technical detail as to why but this was the best solution for that reveal.
