I'm trying the demo and so far i can only say that I thought of it as weird as i suddenly had "the talk" at the breakfast table about what kind of asshole and failure I am for not believing the sister and everything.

For now I would say that doesn't need to be changed much, it was just a bit much and I hoped I wasn't a grade A asshole or had the chance to defend myself there.

I guess I just thought she was going a bit to hard against the main char in that moment.

I remember a fanfiction where you could totally understand why a main char had the opinion that she had, but only the mother and her new love were defendet and the main char was the *******.

This is not my final opinion but that was one moment I noticed.

That scene has been reworked in the full version of the game. And if it tells the same story, it tells it better.

Do you still get dominance points forced on you? I seem to start collecting them no matter what either automatically or if I don't want to make minus points. I always play it reading everything, but if I don't have much time I sometimes skip ahead and play it carefully later.

The affinity points you get do not matter if you do not have the right triggers. So you do not have to worry about the dominance poins if you don't activate Cassie's dom path. In the future, I might rework how the affinity points work.
