Thank you for your response and for providing the reference from RRG1.6, page 27.
Upon reviewing the rule you mentioned, it states that if a minion engages a player during an enemy activation where all minions engaged with that player are instructed to activate, the newly-engaged minion will also activate. However, the description of card “01189” states: “The villain and each minion engaged with you attacks you.”
In our current game engine, “The villain and each minion engaged with you attacks you” and “enemy activation” are treated as distinct scenarios. Therefore, we believe that “01189” should not function in the same way as an “enemy activation.”
Additionally, we have a question regarding the “enemy activation” window, which allows for determining the order of activation. Should we implement a similar window for “01189”? We could not find any references in the FAQ regarding this.
