This was super interesting to play, and pretty dark... I got the ending(?) instantly on my first run, so upon replaying, I wasn't sure if there was any way to progress towards an ending beyond keeping the patients alive indefinitely. SUPER interesting idea and implementation, and this game actually serves educational means by teaching me how to recognise certain heart patterns, and their definitions. I saw your comment below about adding stages of introducing medicine, and I think that's a great idea. Starting with 2-3 potential heartrate patterns then working it up along with new medicine and progression towards an ending would be so awesome, and this mechanic is great, it just needs some more feedback and tutorialisation for it to "click" with us non-medical folk.

I also loved the movement of pushing the trolley, but especially through the doors, it felt like pretty good movement, but it also simulated the urgency you often see in movies and medical dramas, and it really makes you feel important haha. The hospital was super creepy, and in a way I haven't seen, it's not abandoned, it's just... empty and devoid of hope. On a side note, I think this sort of game but in a victorian, plague-doctor esque setting would go crazy - food for thought ;) Amazing job!

Thanks for taking the time to play and provide feedback! I like your suggestion about a Victorian setting that's definitely something to think about.
