Cool game! I liked how the enemies moved when you weren't looking, that was very spooky and a neat machinic. During my first playthrough, I got stuck in one of the trees and had to restart the game. Additionally, i'm not sure if this was intentional or not. Still, if you never look at the enemies they will never kill you unless you physically walk into them which makes the game too easy in my opinion. Finally, I was kind of confused during the intro sequence for my first couple of plays (I thought it was a lag spike or something) because the girl doesn't always spawn in front of you. Great work!
Great game! I liked the pixilation effect, it worked out well. The atmosphere and the story were really engaging. I did find that the colliders on the trees made it easy for the player to get stuck which was a bit annoying at times. During my first playthrough, I got lost and fell off the map. Also at some point, the rain audio stops playing I think you forgot to loop it. I probably heard the mug line 50 times when I was in that building lol. Great work, the game was very enjoyable!
The aesthetics were really neat, I liked how the zombie sprite changes after being shot. In my first playthrough, I was confused because I missed the gun on the ground at the start. I agree with Chris Gray that the shooting definitely needs some work. I think even if you could shoot in all four directions compared to just left and right would be a massive improvement. Good work!
Good job with making your first 3D game! The art was really well done! Unfortunately, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get out of the starting room. As for the 3D movement, I found the sensitivity to be way too high and the delayed rotation made the movement feel kind of janky to me. Good work!
Cool platformer! The movement was really smooth, good work! This might be a personal preference but I found the game to be too dark and it was hard to see the enemy. Also, I couldn't get past the thrid level because the game kept freezing once I got there. I tried three times and no luck. Despite this, I enjoyed the game, good work!
Cool game! I liked the art style. I found that the enemies were way too hard to kill, it was almost impossible to kill a single enemy before they killed you (I think the hitbox might be a bit too small). There was also a bug where if you moved after death you could travel through the wall. Good work!
I liked the concept and with some more development, it could be a cool game! The monster was scary and I liked the details on the furniture models. I did encounter some issues with the game. Firstly, there is no way to restart the game after dying, you need to quit and then relaunch which was annoying. Also, the sensitivity dial, once turned up is stuck (and I'm pretty sure it's inverted i.e. increasing the slider decreases sensitivity). The flashlight in the start room was really hard to see and I didn't realize it was there until my fourth play. I'm not sure what the hammer in the outdoor area was for ( did that unlock the exit or was it the red key?). Finally, there was some texture mapping issue. Overall I did enjoy the game, it is really fun to play. With some more polishing this would make for a really cool game that I would definitely consider paying 99 cents for. Good work!
Very cool little game! As others have mentioned it's missing sound effects. I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong or not but, I found that there was a point in the game where my fire rate was so slow I couldn't kill anything without my bullet being deflected. The fire rate buff only fixed it for a couple of shots. Looking forward to seeing if you develop this further, nice work!
A really cool game! I loved the concept, I've been in the rabbit hole of watching those caving-diving incidents videos on YouTube recently and you did a really good job at capturing that feeling of being trapped. There were sections of the cave where I got lost and had to backtrack a bit to find my way. The visual effects on the screen were very cool as well. Great game, very well executed.
This game was amazing! I loved the concept of the journal which included all the information on the enemies. There were a few surprises with the enemies and I got jump scared a few times. You got the vibe of the game down pat, it's very atmospheric. The only complaint I would have is the font in the journal can be hard to read at times with the background. Great work!
Good game! I was able to find the key during my first playthrough but then died before I reached the door. It took me forever to find the key a second time. I like how the sound effects give you a warning of when the monster is near. The noise-shoulder effect on the screen really sells the spooky atmosphere. The only issue I have with the game is that when you die the game closes instead of restarts which was annoying—well done, a very enjoyable game!
Really cool game! I enjoyed the camera mechanic. The atmosphere was also really well done. I encountered some bugs with the camera, first at one point the camera took me outside the map. Also midway through the first day my camera blur effect started to kick in a bit too early and I could see the camera travel through the walls/floor as well I saw entities t-posing. Overall good game, great work!
Cool game! I like the music you used did you make it yourself? The Tetris mechanics work well, it took me a bit to realize you can walk on objects as they are falling which was a cool idea! I do have a few issues I encountered during my playthroughs. First, I'm not sure if this was developed for mobile but for a desktop, the game window is way too long. I had to scroll my screen up and down to see what was going on. Second, during a few attempts I encountered a bug where objects got stuck on each other which breaks the game by preventing other objects from falling. I attached a screenshot showing this. Also at some points, I could walk in the air when there were no objects, this was not common though. Good work overall, the game is fun to play!
