Considering how simple the interface is, would it be possible to add full mouse controls? It can feel quite awkward without a numpad... Pretty much my only criticism of this very charming and interesting game!

Hey, thanks for trying out my little game.

Unfortunately Mouse controls won't be a thing. Maybe for the menu, not decided on that yet. But ingame there's a certain mechanic (maybe you've already encountered "corruption"?) which wouldn't work at all with Mouse Controls, or at the very least would require fundamental refactoring of base mechanics, which I'm just not willing to tackle that late in development (aiming for a release some time this year).

Really a shame because that could scare away plenty of potential players. I didn't get very far (precisely because of the controls), so I have no idea how that corruption mechanic could break basic mouse movements without affecting the numpad. However, there's always the virtual D-pad as a simple solution.

What I can promise, however, that final game will have a convenient menu-option to customize key binding.
