So I'm just going to rate every category with some comments to it.

Gameplay: The gameplay has a bit of a problem. Sometimes it felt like the player built up a lot of speed even though you gave only a bit of input. This results in the "fast-paced" gameplay actually being slow-paced because you need to watch your speed constantly. Even after some while after getting better at it, it still results in you watching your speed, or at least on my side :p

Art: Good art style, even though it got repetitive after some time.

Sound: Sound and music fitted well to the atmosphere and style of the game.

Innovation: It's, like I said, a classic game, where you rotate around the level to get to the end. Some level-design ideas added some touch to it, though.

Theme: Apart from the player being in a rotating maze, there isn't a lot of a "loop". It is there, but not in a big way.

There is a classic game called Asteroids that is controlled in exactly the same way and had some success.

Ahh I see. I definitely get the direction the game is going now with this type of gameplay :)
