I didn't know about the Romeo and Juliet law (though the name rings a bell), that is why - in my previous comment - all my formulations regarding the law were meant to show that I do not know and am not entirely sure.
But my question is still not answered: What is RCMP? I named what google gave me as the first result and stated that it feels like the wrong address to report scams on an international level. But I have no Idea if the search even gave me the correct answer, as google didn’t provided me with the right answer to an acronym on multiple occasion.
